I never knew that a little book could hold so much. I am a proud grandparent of 16 grandchildren and this book lets me follow every unique characteristic about each one. Each day is a different question that I get to answer about anyone of my grandchildren. The year isn't written in so if I skip that question of the day I could always come back to it in the years to come. I'm finding out so much about my grandchildren that I never really looked at. I would give this book a 100 if I could. It made so much sense to me. It was not complicated at all to follow and read. This book caught my attention from the first page. I did not want to put it down. It was very helpful in so many ways- from a medication stand point all the way to non medical techniques. It is a must read for anyone who suffers from anxiety. This book was just full of great meal ideas. Not only did they have healthy heart recipes, they had recipes for everyone. This book was just a great piece of creativity. I enjoyed every meal that I made and my company enjoyed it as well. I have handed this book off to my daughter because she wants to entertain a bunch of people and she thought these meals were a great way to a successful and healthy party.
